To request an application please call our admissions office at (763)463-2223. Applications will be one year prior to the desired enrollment date.
The elementary and secondary information packets contain the same information with one exception. A student questionaire is included within the secondary application only. The following pieces, then, are in all information packets which are available by contacting the Admissions Office.
